Saujanya Sunkarwar Alla is a Lead Developer at Sinch with over 7 years of relevant experience in software development. He is passionate about utilizing the creative aspects of software development and has expertise in building microservices using Golang, NodeJS, and writing REST APIs, implementing grpc services on both server and client side, and writing GraphQL APIs. Saujanya also enjoys building front-end using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS and is proficient in using MySQL, Cosmos DB, and Postgres (PostgreSQL). Apart from his technical skills, Saujanya is familiar with Microsoft Cognitive Services, Azure portal, Google's dialogflow for building chatbots, and AWS lambda for building Alexa skills. He has also developed SAP Fiori POCs using OData services, SAP cloud connector, and geolocation services with ABAP and SAP HANA. In his freetime, Saujanya enjoys playing Irish folk music on fiddle & tin whistle or listening to diverse Indian movie songs. He is also an Advanced Communicator Bronze and an Advanced Leader Bronze certified by Toastmasters International and has served as club Secretary, VP - Education, and President at Syntel Pune Toastmasters Club, district 98, Toastmasters International. Saujanya's past experience includes working as a Senior Software Developer at Evergreen Club and a Full Stack Software Engineer at Whitehat Security. At Whitehat Security, he built new UI features for the existing platform for the customers to track their activities revolving around their applications, sites, and APIs. He also enhanced a few existing REST APIs, implemented new robust grpc microservices using Golang & GraphQL, designed schema and query mutations for the latter, and researched new patterns in writing policies for the sub-system using REGO via open policy agent (OPA) and successfully integrated them with other services. Saujanya has also worked closely with the DevOps team to get CI/CD Azure pipelines working & got exposure to use docker and kubernetes in a development environment. Saujanya holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Wireless and Mobile Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from North Maharashtra University.
